Customers who purchase subscription or recurring delivery products may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing date.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@flavorofthecaribbean.com with your order information or subscription details.

Cancellation requests submitted after a recurring order has already been processed or shipped may apply to future orders only.

West Indian Mart reserves the right to cancel subscriptions at any time due to product availability, pricing changes, suspected fraud, or policy violations.

Refunds are not guaranteed for processed subscription orders involving food, beverage, or other consumable products once they have shipped.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their billing and shipping information remains accurate and up to date.
