At West Indian Mart, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of many of our products, including food, beverages, and other consumable goods, we generally do not accept returns once items have been shipped or delivered.
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if:

Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

We also do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we may offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

Claims involving shipping damage may require cooperation with the carrier investigation process.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or packages delayed after acceptance by the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving shipping-related issues.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after approval.
Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
West Indian Mart reserves the right to deny refunds or claims involving suspected fraud, abuse, or repeated refund requests inconsistent with carrier delivery confirmation or order history.
