Caridom Tomato Paste 28 oz

Caridom Tomato Paste is a concentrated tomato ingredient that adds rich color, body, and savory flavor to soups, stews, beans, rice dishes, meats, sauces, gravies, and Dominican or Caribbean-style recipes. A small amount can deepen the taste of braised meals and homemade cooking bases. For enhanced flavor, sauté the paste briefly with oil, onion, garlic, herbs, or peppers before adding liquid and the remaining ingredients. The large 28 oz can is suitable for family meals, batch cooking, food preparation, and recipes that require a generous quantity of tomato paste. After opening, transfer unused contents to a clean covered container and refrigerate according to the package instructions.
